Progress Bar - XP Bar and XP Chunk

Making a progress bar that needs the background to tile and the progress bar to stretch. Can't do it with the old progress bar, so I'm leaping blindly into doing it with the XP Bar and XP Chunk. Here's the problem, even though I've set the chunk to stretch, the maximum it will stretch is the chunk size. In the picture the chunk size is set at 22, which is the width of the image. If I keep increasing the chunk size, the image stretches more, until I reach 150 or the halfway mark in the SKS visibility button test. In the visibility button test, it starts goofing up above that. Has anyone used the XP Chunk to stretch yet. I need some help. Thanks Guys

What your seeing in the image is the bottom part of IE6 statusbar and bottom portion of the frame. The chunky piece is the one I need to stretch.

Oh yeah, if I set it at a higher chunk size, like 44, that's the minimum size chunk that shows when the progress first starts...Thanks again

You got me curious so I started messing around with it myself. The best I can tell is it allows you to have an animated progress bar. The progress bar image now seems to become 1 image instead of 2. It's gonna take awhile to understand how the chunks and gaps come into play. I am gonna keep playing around but It does give the opportunity to do some really cool stuff with the progress bar.

You might want to take a peek at Treetog's Antares. Uses the chunks size and gap size settings.
