Photoshop training....

By reading books....$50 per book
By buying training CD's....$25-$100 per CD
By classroom....upwards to $1500 for a course

None of these are one-on-one, but self-motivated. How much did you plan to spend

I would suggest using Google to find tutorials on the web (they're free) and they will give you a good walk-thru on doing different things with photoshop. The more you do, the more proficient you'll get with the program.

There's only one way to learn Skin Studio, jump in and do it. You will be surprised what you can do when you set your mind to it
One on one attention, you'd better have a deep pocket my friend. Just go for it! Start small take some time and do some tutorials and ask some questions. Try this link for a wealth of info about SKS. A bit dated, but quality tho

Here is a good way to get started. Take a somewhat basic skin that soemone has done. Nothing too comp-licated. I suggest one of my earlier skins. Pick a color and change the entire skin over. As you do this you will see the changes taking place and you will be able to see what you haven't recolored yet.
Well that will help with SKS but photoshop is a different story. All I can suggest is make a bunch of wallpapers via playing with all the tools. It will come easier than you think at first. Its like a video game, At first your completely lost as to what is going on. You try reading the manual but it does nothing to help you at first. After you play the game a little while the manual makes complete sense.
