problem with taskbar! HELP!

when i get my taskbar to autohide it doesn't show up anymore, although it seems like when i hover my mouse over where it should be a tooltip appears and i can actualy press on what seems as "nothing" and it brings up thw window which is minimized on the taskbar... also when i get over where my start button should be then the taskbar comes up...strange thing neverr experienced it before
any idea how to fix it ?

well i'm converting a skin from msstyles so thats the one i'm using
i converted it with skin studio...
