Anybody else having a problem submitting scores after connected long time?

I have noticed in my own submission problems that it only goes to the submission screen if I finish and hit done fairly soon after I have restarted my computer and established my initial connection. During the same session I finished a game a couple of hours later and ,having never disconnected, the game just dropped me to the menu screen without bringing up the submit screen. But after restarting again, the submission worked.
