Hi Folks
I have recently purchased WC subsription...whenever I click on Subscriber Resources....it returns Server Error Messege....How 2 fix this probleemo

I have a WC subscription as well and every time I click on Subscriber Resources.....I get "the page cannot be displayed"! That's been happening for about six days.

Is this due to the move also? Thanks.

WinCustomize Browser test ...

When I click on Skins and themes on the WinCustomize Browser it starts the download of a file called libraries.zip and appears to download the whole file then I get the following error message:

Error: Failed to load ODZip.dll
Please reinstall the application to correct this problem.

I tried the above and uninstalled the WinCustomize Browser and then reistalled it and I still get the same error.

fultimer... you should probably email [email protected] ......sounds like a problem only they can fix.

Or before you do that, you might try removing the browser, and rebooting before you reinstall.
