Can this game be played in windowed mode? If yes, can you point me in the right direction?

I think by default it's playing in borderless windowed mode. If you turn off the edge scrolling in the game options it acts like full screen windowed at least.
Not sure if thats what you want, but its the one I'm sure on at least.
