Where to put in my serial number

I've installed Fences 2.0 on top of a Fences PRo install, then uninstalled Fences 2.0, rebooted and thenm re-installed Fences 2.0. I go to the configuration panel (Control Panel > Appearance and PErsonalizatin > Fences) and click the Purchase $9.99 button.

In the popup I click on Unlock previous purchase... nothing happens!

What do i do to legitimize my installation and get on with things
