The CDG Galciv Democracy game has begun!

Just announcing that the first Galciv democracy game has started at CDG's Galciv forums. We have 9 players but we want many more. The game started at 12PM eastern time zone. We will play most of the afternoon. Everyone is invited, hope to see some of you there.
