"Invalid product" error

I am trying to unlock my previous purchase for Fences 2 with my product key for Fences® Pro found at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

When I enter all my information, I receive the Invalid product error. I have tried restarting after install with no luck.

Fences 2 would need a Fences 2 serial not a Fences Pro serial to unlock it.

If you have purchased Fences 2 there should be a serial for that in your account.

So to be clear, its $7 for the added portals functionality?

It is $7 for Fences 2 over Fences 1 Pro.

That would include the Win8 support, the portals, the pages feature.
