AI should value their colony ships more

I'm trading with an AI. They are willing to sell me their colony ship for 601 credits. This is far cheaper then what I purchase them for plus I get free population.

That should result in massive happyness penalties and riots. Imagine hearing about friends and family being sold to another country.

I think the population should be taken into account at the time of the transaction.

So, the cost of the ship AND the "price of the population", :) and this, for Colony ships and Transport ships.
