Sad story, help needed

Well I have a surface pro 3 4gb which can't run even tiny maps without crashing. The crashing started around turn 35 and after it did, I can't even boot the game up.

Yea but its ok. I'll buy it again from steam. Any idea how to run galciv 3 without crashing?

I know Frogboy also has a Surface 3, he's mentioned it in the past. I would bet he'd like it to run on his tablet too, so maybe there are some tickets / settings which would help.
