The lack of ability to vary the blur level on title and taskbars is a deal breaker!

This may help.

Regarding the skinning of universal apps, how do we add these apps as exceptions as they are not stored in the traditional manner and the containing folders are protected. I query this as the skinning has caused abnormal behaviour with Netflix and I frequently have to close the app while in fullscreen or toggle fullscreen in order to have the skin displaying and buttons functioning (after entering fullscreen for the first time). I don't need this app skinned as it looks fine by default and doesn't clash with my theme.

The illustration provided shows title bar tint being adjusted with no blur. I would like to adjust the level of Gaussian blur in the title bar independent of tint. This can be done in Glass8 for example.

I am afraid that will not be an option we will provide.  The blur in use is identical in blur level to the blur used by the OS for the startmenu and action bar intentionally.

If WB is using the startmenu blur level from my Windows 10 OS then it must be a much stronger level of blur than is used by Windows 7 which is much more transparent. It's difficult to compare with the Windows 10 start menu because the background blur is highly pixelated. I would like to use the Windows 7 blur level for title bars.

It is a stronger higher quality blur.  The blur in Windows 7 was a cheap blur due to performance concerns I believe.
