yeah i agree, another balance patch would be nice. the last one helped bring effectiveness to some units, while leaving others still seemingly over powered even though they were nerfed and counters were buffed.
and i think we still have a rift between players that can air rush an enemy for a quick victory (believing it is the only logical path to victory) and those players that want to survive for atleast 5 min before they are dead
we still have completely useless units like the air rampager and marauder.
armies are still heavily tank focussed (athena + medic) which favours PHC (since there are few reliable counters to such builds except mirror builds)
army composition is still heavily dictated by avaialble resources (masochists, due to massive reliance on rad by SS, and poor alternative builds wrt T1)
and we still have odd tech paths, like the path to the SS regenerator.
