ObjectDock Backgrounds!

Can anybody tell me how to download and apply the backgrounds for ObjectDock.
It's clear that after downloading to desktop the backdround must be exctracted to ObjectDock folder! How can I apply them later as new backgrounds.This is what I didn't figure out!!!I need good instructor.

In Configure ObjectDock, look in the Appearance tab, you'll see "Background" and select from the drop down menu...

The background must be unzipped in the "Backgrounds" folder within the ObjectDock folder. Then follow #1 above.

Thanks for advice. The only file I can find in the appearance tab after extracting is bg.ini but no name of the background!!!
