um.... help?

hello peoples. I'm sitting in the #stardock chat, waiting patiently for my SDC to "login". it refuses to allow me to post a message on the chat, so I can't ask for help there, but if anyone in there happens to notice this post, could you please tell me what I have to do to fix the problem? (just dl'd SDC on new computer, and it is literally starting fresh.) I went to wcust and refreshed my info to recognise SD registration, but still won't login. Made sure all the info in "registration" was correct and hit the refresh button got answer "your account has been refreshed"(paraphrasing there..). so it isn't that... any suggestions would be welcome ,and since i'm in chat do please post there or send email. I cannot reply in chat so.... Thanks heaps.

SDC seems to be broken at the moment...no failure on your software.
