What is the program that replaced my right-click dialog?

I'm not quite sure which program replaced my right-click pop-up, I never had a reason to complain before, it was nice & skinned with some different (than default) links & so on. But now when I right-click (anywhere, usually on the blank desktop) the two parts aren't together anymore & I'll be a monkey's Uncle if I can figure out how to put them back together again, I don't think the two parts can be dragged anywhere either. I realize that I may not have described the "problem" very well, so here's a snapshot of what I'm talking aboot (eh).

Thank you to anyone who can help me.

That's ObjectBar? I'm pretty sure anyways, just restart the program and see if that helps.

I'd say DesktopX perhaps.

There are two themes that did that for me. One was Toons, and one was the first premium suite. Each came with its own object bar theme. To change it, reload a different object bar theme.

Thanks knatzz & goodmorphing, it was indeed ObjectBar that took it over, fixed it all up now.
Hippy, I knew it wasn't DesktopX, I stopped running that awhile ago because it slows down my startup horribly & I got tired of waiting and looking at that "startup manager" dialog all the time while waiting too long for my machine to start, also even though it looks great I never really ever used it much at all anyways.
