My brother wants to know how to make visualizations for WMP...

He's got some cool ideas and would like to put them into practice. Is there some coding language you have to learn to create these effects? I think it would be neat to include visualizations in skin packages for WMP. Any help?

He needs C++ and check the Microsoft site for a proper SDK.
