Errors when I try to access pages on WinC

I know there is already a thread about this but I figured a better title would help. It seems whenever I try to access the libraries and all I get is a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I think others are also having this problem so I was wondering what the cause of this might be. So...Any thoughts?

Now I'm getting the normal Maintenance error like I'm supposed to get when the libraries are closed. Hmm....

I'll bump this up from way wayyyyy down to adress another problem I'm having. This time when I opened a winc page I got the "Please log in" page. And it still said I was logged in, in the upper right corner of the screen. In my email adress field it said: ´5Ä?c×”B†ìÛ6¶æ#£Ä which seemed really odd.

I've been getting that too, I was told you have to go to https://www.wincustomize.com/killcookies.asp?
