IconPackager 2.0 Question

In IP 2.0, why are the icons when you open a file from say with Word or something not changed? Is this a bug or is this just how it is? Thanks

Do You mean the folder-icons that show up in the 'open' dialogue ? Not possible to change them, AFAIK.
