WebBlinds

For some reason, when I installed WebBlinds it causes IE to not respond when clicking on the button. It always worked before. What did I do?

It is *possible* that you have another program running in the background which intercepts mouse calls and doesn't forward them correctly. Some of these programs are installed without the user knowing about it. Common Names is one which comes to mind and the Immersion Desktop software does funky stuff too.

hmmmm... I have webblinds and all I can say is uninstall it and re-install it.

Before you re-install it, try to find out what other program you got running that is working with IE.

I got SystemWorks by Norton and it is pretty cool with finding out what program you got on the computer or even registry conflicts (of which could be the other problem)

I have the same problem. When I start IE 6 with WebBlinds enabled, it just generates an error message saying there's a problem in weblinds.dll.

The problem is still occurring. Is there any way to go back to my earlier version? With Componant Manager I could do this but can you do it in SDC?

email stardock for those answers. or go to the news server and maybe someone can help you there.

mostly because it sounds a conflict problem with another program then anything else.

they will probably be able to get you an earlier version or an updated new one.
