Can't activate my product

Hi There! I  bought a key for Object Desktop two days ago, but it's not working. When I put the key into any of my products, it says the key isn't associated with my account. But I bought the key while I was logged in on my account! I even checked my paypal email, and it's the same email I use for my stardock account. Even emailing the keys to my account doesn't work. Can you help me figure out what email address is associated with this order?
