Missing productkey for Fences 3.0

On 17 december 2020 I made a banktransfer of € 10,99 for purchase of a version of Fences 3 on my new Windows10 computer. Up to now I did not receive a product key, athough the program has been running for some time. I see that there is still a order for Fences in my shopping card, so probably the transaction was not succesfully finished. In my account I could not find the order either.unt I do not see a correct So please, can you help me to get my product key where I paid for.

Hello,

I tried that before and did it now again, but the only thing I get back are the two old product keys for Fences 2.

They are not valid for Fences 3, so I had to buy a new key where I paid for, but did not receive a new product key.
