Change email address

Hi All,

I cannot change the email address associated to my account. I can change my username, no problem. I can change my password, also no issue, but not my email address.

it's not super important, since typically I don't get emails from stardock, but I'd rather change my address since the one I have is going to be closed soon.

I guess there is a solution - creating a new account and then transfer the subscriptions. But it is just a bit of a pity that I cannot just change my email.

Hi Basj, thanks for your answer. however when I go to the link that is mentioned in that guide, the only things I can change are my username (not email) and my password. so I still don't see how to change my email. it is of course what it says there, that even though I don't have access to that email address I can still log. so maybe it is a silly thing to change the email.

I now submitted 5th. tickets. This is the most ABYSMAL SERVICE.  My old account tonyb@@s*******.id is no longer in use as I now retired. My NEW email is tony@**********.com.

I am unable to login to my old account as told my password is not valid although I know it is.

And besides all of this and using 2 different email addresses I am not getting any confirmation emails to my tickets. Nothing at all.

PISSED OFF.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, how did you raise the 5 ticket? To be sure, please use link below to raise a ticket, use the "Account Mergers \ Email Change" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
