Start11 Menu unresponsive after waking up from sleep state

Basically like the title says. Upon waking from sleep, the start menu no longer responds to clicking the menu button or pressing the Windows key. I am not sure when this issue started (I am only just finishing my trial) but could be from the last update - I can't remember if this occurred before or exclusively after. 

For reference, I am using the Windows 10 menu. Could be specific to my setup, haven't tested with other menu styles.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you try uninstall, reboot, reinstall latest version, reboot and retest. Report back here.

Did all that, still seeing the issue. The annoying temp fix is to simply go into Configure Start11 > Taskbar > Restart Explorer. This makes it work for the session, but the issue will occur the next time the computer is woken up from sleep.

What version of Windows ..10 or 11 ..

Are you running the latest beta1.24 Start11 version ?

What version of Windows 11 you have on? Please use Windows own Winver.exe to get those numbers.

I'm seeing this behavior as well on Start 11 v1.22.  I'm on Windows 11 build 22000.675.  I find this only happens when I use Start 11 to put the laptop to sleep by clicking in Power -> Sleep.

Please try V1.24 beta or wait for the official release V1.24 which should be very soon.

v1.24 doesn't solve the problem. Waking from sleep also sometimes messes up the taskbar open programs symbols

The two last ones are discord and Visual Studio Code, just for reference.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version (v1.24) from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest. If the issue still there please report it on the Start11 V1.24 Issue report thread for faster respond from Support and Dev.

Are you using the enhanced taskbar mode provided by Start11 or the standard Windows 11 taskbar?

Standard Windows taskbar. If I use the Start11 taskbar, the menu doesn't open at all - if I click it or press the Windows key.

I have a similar issue in that after wake-up from sleep the task bar is severely unresponsive.  I will click an item to bring it to the foreground and it takes on the order of 10 seconds or so.  If I click it many times it queues up the events and the window pops back and forth from foreground to background.  

 

Restarting the Start11 explorer seems to clear this up.

The newest update fixes these issues. After uninstalling and reinstalling with the newest version, I don't see the problem anymore.
