Fences bug when using dual monitors

I've been using Fences for a really long time and have always had this issue that is finally getting on my nerves enough that I thought I'd seek a solution for. 

When saving files to my desktop, there is seemingly no consistency over where they end up landing there. Sometimes they appear on my secondary monitor, sometimes they show up on my primary. It's really annoying since they often don't show up where I'm expecting and that gets pretty confusing. 

Here is a screenshot showing the two locations where my files randomly appear while following no discernable pattern. What gives?
