need help with start menu on objectdock

i have already copied and pasted the script file from another thread to be used with a text editor. i have also saved the file with the .vbs extension. but i dont get on what to do next. could someone tell me step by step please

Just make a new shortcut on your dock. In the Dock Item properties, go to the Link box and browse to that .vbs file. Choose an image for your shortcut and that should be it.
