Start11 Transparency

Hi,

I really like the taskbar transparency feature in Start11 but 1 drawback is when an active application is in Fullscreen state lets say browser the taskbar is still transparent , is there a setting to control this, I don't want the taskbar transparent when any application is in Fullscreen state
