New program to be skinned

I downloaded trayplayer(670 K), a media player from atmaxsoft.com. It is a very beeutiful player, small and ubstructive. it sits on the taskbar, and has systemwide hotkeys if mom or dad come. Only problem is, it needs skinning. I wonder if any of you could skin it to make it suitable with the windowbling skins?

I like it, problem is I can't skin a cat

much less any program.
Consider this a bump for you, good luck........I'm sure someone here will want to tackle it.

Bummer it only works on the standard Windows Taskbar........... I was going to give a whirl, but I can't use it.
