im looking for a black visual theme for windowblinds EXACTLY like the default blue xp theme but black of course. thanks for the help

then get this theme: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=1792
and look at the windowblinds configuration shown in the pic

Command prompt .... format C:\ ...... now THAT will give you an all black theme!
