Some, not all, icons get inverted when they are pinned in a group with a dark background.
And here they are with a lighter background.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. If you change the background to dark blue or any other dark color does it change it to not inverted color? Or if you simply restart Explorer.exe does it changed?
Also need information on system. Need to know what is your full Windows version number. Use Winver.exe and do you have any other application that change how Windows explorer/Start panel/Taskbar that might interfere with Start11?

Playing around with the background colors I was able to get it to flip to normal, but it would randomly invert again if I set the color back to default. Also changing another icon in the group would cause them to invert again.
I was running ExplorerPatcher but I uninstalled it before using Start11
My winver is 22H2(22621.2428)
Its seems to only be Turok and Robocop Rouge City.
