What does“ Open the Start11 menu on the screen the mouse pointer is on” mean in start 11 v2?

Hello,

If that option is off. When you press the "Win" key on your keyboard, Start11 menu will always open on your primary monitor. But with that option is on. It will open on the monitor where your mouse it setting on.
