Uploading hell

I have most of the suites, I have some designs (that took forever) each time I try to upload I get an error message saying error 1010 unable to upload files ? I do not know what this means. I am a web person and can understand most problems that I am presented with on a daily basis but I am stuck. I would very much like to join the community and start to give back some artwork.

1, Has anyone had this problem before ?
2, Can someone help me ?

Contact one of the Admins - I'm sure they would help.
Select 'About' in the options on the left side of the page.

What is it that you are uploading?  Are you sure that it contains all the parts and that it is in the correct format?

Please do not make multiple posts about the same issue.  (I hid the other one as it did not provide any other information)

Thank you KarmaGirl.....I am trying to upload a simple wallpaper and a logon. I have checked if a bit or jpg is required and if it needs to be zipped or not but the format ? I am not sure which format the system wants ?
