hacking/skinning the logon screen in windows 2000

I am a windows 2000 user. I am interested in hacking/skinning my logon screen using ResHacker. Duz any1 know the name of the exe/dll, or registry key that controls the logon screen picture (the same pic that shows up when u hit Ctrl+Alt+Del).

Even better, does anyone know a program that can skin the logon screen?

Also, does anyone know how to set the wallpaper for the logon screen? (I know its some key in the registry)

don't know about 2000, but I'd suspect its either in one of the main exe/dlls or its own.

LogonStudio is XP only. I don't recall W2k having a logon "screen", only a small dialog window.
