NEWBIE!!! Need a bit of help

I am not new to windowblinds, but I am to the Icon Packager. Can someone PLEASE help me with this. I need to know if there is anything else that has to be d/l'd before going to iconpackager. Then here is a really stupid question...how do I install it and use the program. I tried this a long time ago and it was a disater. I could not get the program to work and if I did get some of the desktop icons to change, I could not get them to change back to original. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Or if I am in the wrong place could someone send me to the correct one. I just really want to use this program. but am completely afraid of it. Thanks in advance for any help. Oh I already use the Cursor XP. OS Win XP Home Edition.

It should install like any other SD programs, which is like any other programs. If you have downloaded an icon pack. You should be able to just doubleclick and the pack should install to the correct directory. Open the IP browser, select "Packages" from the left menu, then select the pack you want, then click on "load". Wait a split second or so and your icons should change. Click okay and you're done.

There should also be a "pack" of sort in the list, which you can choose to load and it should load the original Windows icons. Make no sense? Try reading it agian upside down.

Just a couple of corrections........ IconPacks are are not applied when you click "load", you must click "Apply". To restore default icons, select "Tools" in the menubar, and select "Restore  all Icons".
