Can't get the 1.05 Expansion Pack to download

I'm new to Gal Civ, just installed the game, came to GalCiv.com to check for patches, entered email and serial number, went to the download page, clicked on the link but NOTHING happens. The download never begins.

Because the server it's on has no power to it most likely. They are without power in S.E. Michigan.
