i was just wondering what programs that i need i cant seem to find a program that will help me make a bootskin or if there is anyone that can make it for me that will be great

you dont need a program. just a computer. check out the links at the top that say BOOTSKINS

Any typical graphics proggy to convert an image to 4 bit colour and notepad to edit an ini file.
