Ripped material on site????

http://www.theinterviewwithgod.com/

Is a website, quite popular from the looks of it, that has a Flash presentation... While watching it I recognized the song as the theme/main song from 'Forrest Gump', music by Alan Silvestri So I scoured their site but saw NO credits to the composer. I wrote them an e-mail AND posted a letter in their guestbook stating just that and finishing with: .."...what gives?"

The message was promptly d and my e-mail was never returned with an explanation.

I'd love to be able to take that site down, because now I suspect more than ever that millions of people are getting joy from ripped material. Ack! Sorry, it just irritates me.... what do you think?

[am I just DUMB and missed the name on the site?]

Hmm, seems it won't fix that for me:

"...was promptly erased" etc....

how long is the tune? you're allowed to use up to 8 measures of someone elses' music in something you do.

if its just a little thing they figured it wouldn't be a big deal and thus, havn't gotten permission and likelwise wouldn't want your messages to start an avelance. i can symphasize with them a little.. you want to use a litte jingle but otherwise have to pay a royalty. it can get obsurd. HOWEVER, modern technology allows you to EASILY create your own music and use it. so they COULD have used something else...
