hey all i just wanted to know how u all made your own themes for like windowbilds and stuff and how do u make those cool icons and when u make them how do u put them to geather to make it all can u plz tell me

There is no easy answer LoneWolf. For Windowblinds the assembly program is Skin Studio. For Icons you need a Icon creating program(IconWorkshop,IconXP, Microangelo). You also need a program such as PaintShop Pro or Photoshop. Then there are the 3D programs like terragen for making wallpapers. You have to learn these programs, get tutorials, start ripping skins apart and see how its done. Then, just let your creative juices flow. Or you can take classes on computer graphics design. I hope this gives you some ideas of where to start. With all of the above information given, the best answer to your question becomes, "Where there's a will, there's a way".
