Menu issues

from Stardock Forums

Hey all, I recently upgraded to Windowblinds 11 however I'm having issues with every skin.  For example, when I try to make a new folder on my desktop through my web browser I'm getting this error: Image

It happens on all themes applied.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few more details.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Windowblinds 11 full version number.
  3. Which Browser? Do you have the same issue on any other browser such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc?
  4. Has you tried excluding the browsers from Windowblinds?

So far it's been Firefox, Chrome and Edge I'm having this issue on.

I have not, I'll do that now.

Your Windowblinds version should be something like 11.07. Please check again.

I believe this issue only appear on Firefox and at least from my testing, Chrome, Opera still work. Have you test out Chrome again or Opera? It was reported before and there is a workaround, but from what I know it still have some issues. Refer to these thread: https://forums.stardock.com/538234. To be sure, I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
