Copyright Violations???

I noticed that there were at least two threads asking for skins based on a television show or movie. Unless I miss my guess wouldn't that be copyright violation? If not, then why not???

Its fine, so long as you dont use any copyrighted images. If you use you're own, then it is classed as "Fan Art" and is probably acceptable.
