I added and activated the mods I wanted to use, and when I got back to the main screen the top quarter is blocked by a blue bar, I can't access anything to start the game, go turn the mods off or anything.
Additional info: Went onto mod.io and unsubscribed from every mod I had subscribed, even ones that weren't active for this. Went onto Steam and verified files. Still the same problem.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling the main game on steam but this had no effect.
the only solution i found that works is deleting the contents of the local mod.io folder on your pc
i tried individually loading the mods looks like the problem is the 'galactic empire with factions united' mod
it is the only one that is causing the issue for me.
