This is a message to all Borg and individuals that wish to join the Borg.
The Borg are divided into small insignificant factions. The Borg cannot make an effective empire. We must all unite to make our presence known. The Leaders of the Borg factions must join the Borg empire with the true insignia. Being in these smaller factions will accomplish nothing and will get us nowhere. We must not be swept under the feet of other empires, you must comlpy. We are one, the collective must grow.
