what program can i use to amke the cool backrounds? like the blue crome tubes and all that stuff or how do u do it? if its like insane to do nvm just wounding

Paintshop pro and photoshop I would say are the most common programs used. There are free programs on the web that are supposedly not bad either. Check out the sticky thread at the top of the list " you and the internet". There must be some good links there.
