Taskbar on Top

Anyway to get the Windows Taskbar onto the top of the screen?

Right click on bar, un-lock and drag to top...

Well I must be a bigger idiot cause I did that(unlocked taskbar)and moved it and now it's stuck on the right side and it ain't moving

Un-check all toolbars and make sure it didn't re-lock on the side.

Just to get it out of the way...re-boot into save mode and do it there. Lock it (if it moves) at the top before you re-boot back to Windows.

Tried safe-mode......didn't work, then I tried system restore(went back a day)it worked Strange puter I have

I really didn't want to suggest the 'Restore' thing....only 'cause it should have moved. Who knows. Just glad it works
