Problems with SDC

I have problems to download desktopX via SDC!Everytime when I try to do,open window:installation error!
This failure comes only with desktopX,not any else program.

Is desktopx running while you are trying to update? Exit the program first.

After many many times,I got it to download to the end without error message!

I found out that you need to update DesktopX via SDC by itself. If another program is up for updating, uncheck that and update it by itself.
