Serial Number for Update

Hi ppl,

I have retail version of the game. When I try to enter the serial number together with my e-mail adress I have following message. "You have entred the wrong serial number".

WTF. You cant even install the game if You don't have good serial number. If someone want it in order to try to install the game, because he(she) thinks that I have illegal copy I will send him (her) my serial number by e-mail.

PLZ HELP ME.

Where are you entering this information???

Remember that you are to enter the serial EXACTLY as you see it. All caps, dashes included.

I enter it at downloads sections when it asks You to enter your e-mail and serial number. And I triple checked everything when entred the serial number. No error at all.

See if swapping 0s for Os and things like that helps.
