For all of you that left.. (I know you have your reasons) Still doesn't mean that I have to like it... Imagine if you will that if 6 or so active members left or any empire (hell most empires don't even have that many in them)

The last backlash took us from in 6th place back down to 8th again.. Of course the other empires want the ANZACS we are fighters and have a great sence of duty and humour.

So Lets pull out fingers out.. and show them just what we can do... and that we CAN stick together and that we ARE loyal, and care about the ANZACS

Blue, I think it's very admirable that you are fighting so hard to keep ANZAC going. I hope nobody else jumps ship on you. :notsure:

Well the other day in chat I was told by one of GROSS's senators that I was a swarn enemy of GROSS... lol

Sure they {cough} swayed some of our members accross to their empire... but we aren,'t alone there... after all they are Pirates.. some others also left to join other empires because of the huge fall out of active members... Its my job... nay.. my duty to recruit more members into the awww inspiring ANZACS so we can reek revenge...

Actually I can't take the credit for this small pearl of wisdom . . . a little bit further back in the 'Expansion suggestion thread' Citizen Dark Assassin made it as a 'viable' suggestion.

I wish the real world worked like this . . .

Regarding the legal advice well . . . I guess I thought better of it also (the innocent pedestrian/deranged mugger scenario isn't a very nice analergy so I'm glad I didn't mention it . . . wheeew!). What would any worthwhile struggle be without a protagonist like GROSS . . . pretty boring I'd imagine.

There is no GROSS/ANZAC nexus, Steve, despite what others are alluding to here. It's certainly a bit rich of Cotal to spout off given she herself has left ANZAC to the Fellowship.

A month of so back, ANZAC looked dead in the water with virtually no active players. A small group of us saw no future in that and broke off to form the short-lived Freedom Force empire which in turn folded after about ten days, largely due to some members not happy with the concept, one of which (Slitherin) made his way back to the ANZAC empire.

From that dissolution, Wild Wombat, Killa Koala, Hurley and ajm formed the Pirates of the Southern Seas group, a part of the GROSS empire. After that Quack and Jaws Wayfarer joined us here in GROSS.

FriendJosh had already left the ANZACs and ended up at the Fellowship after a brief stay at MWC. With me so far? After seeing these defections, Cotal decides her future lies at the Fellowship rather than with the ANZACs. Bakka is still out there flying around, yet to decide on a home.

Bluesteel arrives back on the boards after an extended absence and looks in horror at the decimated ranks of what was the ANZAC empire. Several members of other empires, including those who defected from ANZAC to places like the Fellowship, continue to support the notion that GROSS is all to blame. Bullshit.

Over my two months here there have been a number of 'defections', although if you call players moving around to find a mob of friends they like to play a computer game with, so be it. There have been many such examples, the latest being one of the top Canucks, Bradley@Maple, moving over to the Fellowship. Funnily enough, this move doesn't seem to generate the same furore as the present discussion. Like Quack, I retain my Aussie passport but choose to play games with my friends.

I left ANZAC because I chose to, and ended up at GROSS for the same reason. I was not asked, invited or otherwise cajoled - indeed, I was the one asking them if it was OK.

It's a bit 'Days of Our Lives', isn't it? Mate, my advice is to check the threads, decide which mob sound like your sort of people, and plug into a group where you can enjoy your gaming. It's a computer game, after all.
