Rotating object for animation

Just want to know if there's a different way to rotate an object other than just choosing rotate image. ( In paint shop)It seems like when it's done that way, everytime it's rotated it gets a little bit blurrier. Any suggestions?

I just use the deform tool on whatever object I want to rotate. It takes a little more time, but it gets it done.

If you do it in paint shop make sure each roatation starts off from the original image. What I mean is, dont copy a layer, rotate it, then copy the new layer and rotate it again etc. Each time the image will become less and less defined.

Instead what you need to do is copy the first layer, rotate it. Copy the first layer again, rotate it by a larger amount. Copy the first layer again, rotate it by the next largest amount...etc.
