ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

anyone remember a childrens book about the "spooky" twelve days of christmas? i dont remember the name, im guessing the title had the word "spooky" in it.

i think it was my grade 1 teacher who was reading it in class, i dont remember too much of it, except that on one of the days, the gift were non-functional tea pots, and in the picture on the page, it showed tea pots with 2 handles, but no spout, or a tea pot with 2 spouts and no handle. all of the other 11 gifts where supposed to be kinda spooky or something, i think one of the gifts had something to do with scissors i think.

anyone remember this book? i know there isnt too much to go on, but thats all i remember of it. :(

Two handled teepot is a discription of the Jedi.

Two handles (Sith and Jedi) in one container with an old fuddy duddy green slug looking over it trying to see the future.

dont forget to update your tech files if you want the battleship techs. slight issue with update messing up one of the tech files :p folow instructions to install corrected version.

the text file that comes with the zip does explain where to place the file

if anyone is unsure then place file in this location. (i will use C as the letter of your main drive. if it is not then please replace it with the correct one )
D.click the dowmloaded zip
select 'extract'
select 'extract to'
navigate to 'C'
'program files'
'strategy first'
'galactic civilizations'
'data'
click the extract button.

job done

1.13 Major Issue :(

guys major prob with v1.13. if using this version you must do the following.....

Open the folder "galactic civilizations/data/upissues"
find the following two files TechRevolution01 & TechRevolution02
ctrl click both of these files
hit your delete button.

if either of these up issues comes up in the vote, you will get a CTD

if you have version 1.13 you will get a CTD if either of the up issues come up.
