ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

does anyone want to have a vote to change the logo? i think we have quite a few good ones to choose from, anyways, a new logo might help the mood in here after loosing 2 members during the holidays.

no one really complained about holding a vote, so i guess we will hold a vote for a new logo. the suggested logos are here -> http://evil.galciv.org/history.htm

make sure you get the numbers right for the logos, and also, if you got any last minute logos, send them in very soon.

RULES
each person is allowed 3 votes (this is because there isnt a lot of voters, but there are a lot of logo choices) -the first choice is worth 3 points, the second choice is worth 2 points, and the 3rd choice is worth 1 point. whatever logo with the most points will become our new logo. if there is a close tie for first choice, say under 3 points difference, then we will have an alternating logo, where every few days the logo will be switched back and forth. this vote is open to everyone in the empire, and everyone is allowed 3 choices -be clear as to which choice is your 1st pick, 2nd pick, and 3rd pick. voting will end in on this comming-up thursday.


my votes are:
first choice -#17 (red pentagram, nothing says evil better then a red pentagram on a black background :D )
second choice -#09 (blue pentagram)
third choice -#18 (red bio-hazard)

the reason why for the 3 choices is because we dont have that many people voting. i want to avoid the situation where a whole bunch of logos get 1 or 2 votes, with no clear winner. with 3 choices, with 1st getting 3 points, 2nd getting 2 points, and 3rd getting 1 point, we will have a much better idea as to what logo won.

remember, everyone in Evil Empire is allowed to vote, and everyone that votes must give 3 choices.

with the first 2 votes, looks like logo #17 is in the lead with 6 points. logo #09 and #04 are tied for second with 2 points each.

Lady de Sade should no longer be in the Senate, however I believe only one person should be added. So there are 4 senators and Hairy, or emperor, with votes in the Senate.
